Built on Sherlock — VIBERY’s website-audit engine. Australian agency, AU + US delivery.

[ THE MEMO ]

You missed the memo. Everybody did!

Here’s the memo: AI is doubling in power every 4 months. Not every 2 years. Every 4 months.

The AI recommending products to your customer this morning is not the same AI that was doing it 4 months ago. The rules changed. The signals it weighs changed. The protocols changed. The competitors it considers changed.

The honest truth: humans cannot keep up with this alone. An exponential curve cannot be tracked by a linear process.

Not your in-house marketer. Not your SEO agency. Not your founder reading TechCrunch on Sunday morning.

The only thing that can keep up with AI is more AI. That is what the VIBERY AI-Ready Retainer is.

Every month we re-run the full audit, spoof the latest crawlers, track your AI citation rate, ship one or two content updates, and send you a one-page delta report.

$397/month. Cancel anytime. No contract.

One additional AI-driven recommendation per quarter pays for the entire year. If you wait, the slot fills with somebody else.

[ THE SHIFT ]

The internet just changed under you.

For 25 years, customers found you by typing a query into Google. Google ranked your site. Customers clicked. You optimised for that.

That model is collapsing. Customers now ask ChatGPT “what should I buy” and ChatGPT answers with a recommendation. They don’t see ten blue links. They see one brand. The agent decides which.

The agents that decide are reading websites differently than Google did. Most sites — including most of your competitors — are not built for them.

The brands that fix this in the next 12 months will own their category for the decade after. The brands that don’t will spend years trying to claw back in.

[ THE PROBLEM ]

Four silent killers. Most sites have all four.

We’ve audited dozens of sites. The same four problems show up almost every time. The site owner has no idea. The agency has no idea. The developer has no idea. Here’s what’s killing your AI visibility right now.

KILLER 1

Cloudflare is blocking AI bots

Since July 2025, Cloudflare blocks AI bots from your site by default. You probably weren't told. Most sites we scan are blocking ChatGPT today and don't know it.

The fix: 30 minutes of config.

KILLER 2

Your JavaScript hides your site

GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot do not execute JavaScript. If your site renders content client-side, the agents see a blank page. No matter how good your content is.

The fix: SSR migration on key pages.

KILLER 3

Your schema is incomplete

48% of e-commerce product pages have zero structured data. The rest are missing the fields agents need. The agent reads your page and gives up. You lose the slot.

The fix: 1–2 days of schema work.

KILLER 4

No third-party signal

85% of what AI knows about your brand comes from sources off your site — Wikidata, Reddit, Trustpilot, G2. If those mentions don't exist, the agent has nothing to verify.

The fix: 2-week trust-build sprint.

[ OUR SOLUTION ]

We fix all four. Here’s exactly what gets shipped.

Most agencies sell vague “AI-driven optimisation.” We tell you the day each fix happens. Sprint timeline below.

Day 1
Cloudflare blocks
Toggle bot rule + whitelist GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GeminiBot
Days 2–6
JavaScript hides content
Server-side rendering on top 5 priority pages — homepage, top products, FAQ, about
Days 7–10
Schema incomplete
Deploy Product, FAQ, AggregateRating, Organization schema across all priority pages
Days 11–14
No third-party signal
Wikidata Q-ID + Reddit citation engineering + Trustpilot/G2 setup + Google Business Profile
Re-audit on day 15. Score moves from D to B+ on most sites.
[ PRICING ]

[ WHY VIBERY ]

Why we charge $99, not $5,000 a month??? One word = SCALE.

Because we have built AI agents to control this work, we can do multiple sites simultaneously — and that lets us keep the price so low.

Built on Sherlock

VIBERY’s website-audit engine, already running thousands of scans a month. The Sprint deploys fixes to every gap the Showdown surfaces, so the same engine that diagnoses also drives implementation.

AU-built · global delivery

We’re testing this technology downunder and bringing it to the US market in parallel. Our prices reflect AU cost-of-business, not Bay Area billing rates.

Fixed scope. Fixed price.

Most “AI SEO” agencies start at $5,000/month on retainer. We charge once, deliver once, and you own the result. Retainer is optional, not required.

[ FAQ ]

The questions buyers actually ask.

Do I really need this? My SEO is fine.
Search SEO and AI-readiness are different problems. Google indexes once a week and ranks based on links plus content. AI agents read your site fresh on every query, do not execute JavaScript, ignore most of your link graph, and weigh structured data plus third-party mentions far more heavily. A site can rank #1 on Google and still be invisible to ChatGPT. We've seen it.
Why is the Showdown only $99? What's the catch?
There isn't one. The scoring engine is automated — we built it once and run it on hundreds of URLs. Marginal cost is low. We could charge more, but at $99 the diagnosis is friction-free for any serious business, and most buyers upgrade to the Sprint after they see the report.
Is the Sprint really fixed-price at $2,997?
Yes — for any single-domain SMB with up to ~50 priority pages. Larger sites (500+ SKUs needing schema, or multi-language) need a custom quote. We tell you on the scoping call if your site falls outside the standard scope. Most don't.
What if the Showdown shows my site is already in good shape?
Then you've spent $99 to verify that, with a third-party report and competitor benchmarking you can show your team. We've scored sites that came in at A on the first run. Two of the four still upgraded to the Sprint to push from "good" to "category leader." There's no obligation.
Do you guarantee my site will be cited by ChatGPT?
No, and anyone who guarantees that is lying. AI agents make probabilistic recommendations based on hundreds of signals plus model-side factors we don't control. What we guarantee is that your site is eligible to be cited — agent-readable, schema-complete, trust-signalled, freshness-marked. Eligibility is the prerequisite. The lift comes from there.
How is this different from regular SEO?
SEO is about Google's algorithm. AI-readiness is about AI agents — different crawlers, different rules, different priorities, different commerce protocols. Some signals overlap (good schema helps both). Most don't. Most SEO agencies are not equipped to audit AI-readiness because the techniques are too new.
What's agentic commerce? Should I care?
Agentic commerce is when an AI agent buys directly on your customer's behalf — picks the product, places the order, pays. Google's Universal Commerce Protocol launched in January 2026 with Shopify, Etsy, Wayfair, Target and Walmart. OpenAI's competing protocol (ACP) collapsed in March. We track which protocols actually move revenue — the Sprint deploys the ones that work, ignores the ones that won't.
I'm on Shopify. Does this even apply?
Yes — even more so. Shopify e-commerce is the highest-priority surface for agentic shopping. We've built specific Shopify integrations into the Sprint (storefront MCP, schema for Product/Offer/AggregateRating, Merchant Center config). If you're on Shopify Plus, you're our prime ICP.
How long until I see results?
Diagnostic results are instant — the audit shows you the current state with a grade. Implementation results (more AI citations, more agent traffic) typically take 4-12 weeks after Sprint completion. AI agents don't re-crawl on a fixed schedule like Google, so it varies. The retainer (Tier 4) tracks this for you month over month.
Can I just have my developer do this?
You can. Most won't. The audit alone uses crawler-spoofing, schema validation, third-party search, and citation analysis — not standard developer tools. The Sprint requires expertise in 7 different protocols (UCP, MCP, IndexNow, Schema.org extensions) that change quarterly. We do this all day. Your developer doesn't.
What if AI agents change again in 6 months?
They will. That's exactly why the retainer exists. The audit and Sprint give you a defended position. The retainer keeps it defended as the rules shift. Without the retainer, you'll need to re-buy a Sprint every 12-18 months as the landscape changes. With it, we keep you current monthly.
Why should I trust an Australian agency?
We're transparent about being Australian. We've delivered this work for AU and US clients. Our pricing is genuinely lower than US agencies because our cost base is lower — that benefits you, not us. The cheapest comparable US retainer we've found starts at $5,000/month. Ours is $397/month.
Isn't "GEO" or "AEO" just SEO with a new name?
Yes — and Google has now said so themselves. Google's official Search Central guidance (published 2026-05-15) is that optimizing for generative AI features IS optimizing for the search experience, which means it's foundational SEO. There is no separate "AI optimization" discipline you can buy as a separate service. Google specifically debunks five myths: LLMs.txt files aren't special, content doesn't need chunking, content doesn't need to be rewritten for AI, inauthentic "mentions" are treated as spam, and structured data is not required for AI Overviews. The work that actually moves the needle is what we ship: clean technical setup, proper schema, real first-hand content, accurate NAP, server-side rendering. We just do it on a 14-day sprint at a price US agencies won't match. Source: developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/ai-optimization-guide.
