VIBERY was founded by an Australian father-and-son team now operating out of the Philippines. They spent five hours a day training on tennis courts together for seven years, when Jet had a tilt at becoming a professional tennis player. That blood, sweat and tears bond is the bedrock of a working relationship where each knows the other’s capabilities and what needs to be done. Together they are the spearhead of a 20-person team they are building in the Philippines to become a world-class AI automation company.
Salesman · Founder · PLAYA3ULL GAMES
“Sell or you don’t eat.”
That’s how I learned. Door to door. The era when you closed the deal on the doorstep or you went home hungry. It was a hard school. It taught me that nobody owes you their attention, their money, or their trust — you earn each one separately, every time.
After the doorsteps came the businesses. A few I built, a few I ran, a few I broke. Then — later in life than is fashionable — I went back and finished a Masters in Marketing, because I wanted to know if the academic frame matched the streetwise version. Most of it did. The parts that didn’t, I ignored.
I made my money in video games. PLAYA3ULL GAMESis still running, still healthy, locked and loaded for the next crypto cycle, and we’re integrating AI into the game-development pipeline in ways we think are going to redefine how studios ship. That’s not exit-talk. PLAYA3ULL is a current, ongoing operation. It’s how I know AI works in production, not in a slide deck. VIBERY is the second front. Same partnership. Same playbook. Different surface.
Build it in production first.
Then sell it.
Operator · Top-100 WoW Guild · PLAYA3ULL Backend
I was a gamer first. Member of a top-100-ranked World of Warcraft guild — which sounds like a punchline until you understand what guild rankings actually require: 25 people coordinating in real time under pressure, every night for years, against opponents who are also trying to be top 100. It’s not a hobby. It’s an operations problem.
That experience was useful when Dad needed someone to run the money and the backend at PLAYA3ULL — and to advise on what gaming actually feels like to the people playing it. I’ve done that for years.
Now I’m doing the same thing for AI. Repositioning into the wave that’s coming. Same role, different category — operations, finance, and the on-the-ground reality check on whether what we’re building actually works for the people using it.
For the last couple of years we’ve been building AI systems inside PLAYA3ULL — agents that draft content, agents that run ops, automations that replace tasks we used to pay people to do.
Then we’d talk to other business owners — friends, suppliers, peers — and watch them describe their websites, their lead-gen, their ops. And we’d realise: they’re stuck on the old way. Old CMS. Old workflows. Old agencies billing them $400 a month for “maintenance” that never moves the needle.
We weren’t going to consult. We weren’t going to lecture. We had the actual systems already running. So we packaged them up. That’s VIBERY. The same AI infrastructure we built for ourselves, now built for businesses too small or too bootstrapped to hire an AI team in-house.

There’s a window open right now in the global talent market. AI is reshuffling who’s employable doing what — and the Philippines has a deep bench of seriously capable people in transition. Engineers, operators, designers, writers, analysts. People with the skill to do high-end work and the appetite for a different kind of company than the BPO factories most of them came up in.
We’re hiring here because it’s the best talent-per-dollar ratio in the world, right now, this year.
THE GOAL: 20 AI ENGINEERS AND OPERATORS, WORKING AS ONE SHOP, SOLVING THE AUTOMATION PROBLEMS THAT ARE QUIETLY BLEEDING SMALL AND MID-SIZED BUSINESSES DRY.
We build it. We hand it over. You own everything from day one — code, accounts, domain, hosting. No lock-in. No held-hostage anything.
We offer ongoing maintenance if you want it. We don’t charge you a fortune for it. Month-to-month. Cancel any time. You can leave whenever you feel the value-for-money isn’t right. If we’re not earning it, you stop paying it.
The part of the industry that’s broken is the part where you can’t leave, or where the bill doesn’t match the value. We’ve been on both sides of it. We’re building VIBERY the other way.
If you’ve been burned by an agency before, we get it.
We’re striving to be the other thing!
