Before we sold this to a single customer, we ran it on our own business — Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Neon, GitHub, Meta Pixel and the rest. Same play we now run for you. We wanted to know how messy our own house was before we offered to clean yours.

Before you book.

Do I need to “be ready for AI” first?

No. Most clients haven't touched AI at all. That's fine — we build the foundation first, then put the Brain on top. The AI is the easy bit; the data work is the bit nobody else wants to do.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

No. Half our calls end with “you're fine — here's what to do yourself.” If your data is already in shape, the readout will say so. We'd rather you trust us next time than waste 90 minutes pitching today.

What sort of business is this for?
